Meet the EMY Team.
Selin Ergeneli is a principal and cofounder of EMY, with offices in New York and Miami. She is an accomplished architect and lighting designer with over 15 years of experience. As a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and the nternational Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), Selin has an impressive portfolio that includes the design of the Facebook Headquarters in Hudson Yards, the Kith flagship store in Soho, and Mr C by Casa Cipriani in NYC.
Selin excels in managing highly complex projects that demand detailed and innovative solutions, a strength that stems from her extensive architectural background. Her expertise and meticulous approach make her a leader in the field.
Khorkhe Younes is a principal and cofounder of EMY, with offices in New York and Miami. As an interior architect and lighting designer with over 15 years of experience, Khorkhe is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). His portfolio includes the design of Brickell City Center in Miami, encompassing both interior lighting and the climate ribbon design, the TSX Hotel in Times Square, including interior, theater, and façade lighting, and all 3.1 Phillip Lim stores worldwide.
Khorkhe’s key strengths lie in his lighting expertise, particularly in custom manufacturing and project installation. Known for his hands-on approach, he excels at bridging the gap between creativity and functionality.
