Mainbridge Commons
Architect: Messana O’Rorke Set on an 80,000-square-foot site, this project integrates a dental campus, housing, and a vibrant landscape into a cohesive, community-oriented environment. Designed around comfort, well-being, and openness, it redefines the feel of a medical campus. Lighting departs from traditional clinical norms, focusing on calm, low-glare illumination in waiting and transitional spaces to reduce stress, while examination rooms maintain precision with carefully selected fixtures that ensure visual comfort. The landscape is integral to the project’s identity, with lighting that improves nighttime safety and creates a subtle, inviting glow. Together, building and landscape lighting shape a welcoming public realm that encourages connection and supports a shared sense of care and ease.
